"The Loh Down on Science" is the fun way to get your daily dose of science in 90 seconds! Hosted by humorist/writer/performer and Caltech alumna Sandra Tsing Loh, it's a program for those who love science, as well as for those who love to avoid it! It's smart, funny, and scientific—all in a minute and a half.
Loh has a national monthly radio commentary on the public radio business program "Marketplace," and she has been a regular commentator on Ira Glass's "This American Life."
Although new nationally, "The Loh Down on Science" has aired on Southern California's 89.3 KPCC FM for more than a year. The show is rapidly gaining popularity: it is one of the station's most downloaded (podcast) shows!
